4. Fair Use of Canva Pro Elements

At Hajj Umrah Posters, we use Canva Pro to create high-quality, customizable posters. Many of the elements, images, and other content within our designs are sourced directly from Canva Pro’s premium library, which also includes elements from Canva’s partners. This content is available to us through Canva’s Pro plan, and we are fully authorized to use these elements in our designs, in line with Canva’s terms and conditions.

However, if you believe that any of our posters include copyrighted material that is not properly licensed or has been copied without permission, please let us know. We require proof that the content is an infringement of your copyright for us to take action. We will promptly remove or revise the design upon verification.

5. Originality of Our Digital Products

All of the digital products and posters listed for sale on Hajj Umrah Posters are designed and created by our own in-house team. We reserve the right to sell these designs at the price that reflects our efforts and expertise. Our posters are not taken from any external source or copied from other works. While the designs and layouts may be inspired by other works, they are not 100% copied.

If you believe that any of our posters are an exact replica or copy of someone else’s registered content, we ask that you provide us with evidence. If we find that a design is a direct copy of another person’s registered work, we will take immediate action to remove or modify the content.

7. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
